Santa Monica, CA – March 19th 2010 – Exodus is the 18th title and first 3rd person shooter by the Game Wizards development team. In Exodus you play a survivor of an experiment gone wrong named Aiden, who has to battle overgrown carnivorous plants, solve puzzles, rescue fellow survivors and finally end the reign of the evil Dr. Reed. With Exodus, emphasis was made on making the game fun and giving the player an experience they can get emotionally invested in.

During the development of Exodus, Epic games announced the Unreal UDK. The release of the Unreal Development Kit gave the Game Wizards development team the long desired opportunity to take the game and put it on a disc so that they can make it available to everyone.

Bright Akyempon is a graduating student at the Art Institute's Game Art and Design division and a veteran of the Game Wizards development team. Exodus is the brainchild of Bright. “The Original Influence of the game came from the idea of what would happen if we lost our natural resources and what if they turned on us? What would humans do? I think that it's always in the back of our minds if what you relied on, turned on you? This game answers that question.” Exodus has done a lot to stand out from previous Game Wizards projects “I wanted game play to be just as important as art, reason why is because I'm a game designer and the game play experience is golden. I was always a fan of multiplayer games so I would like to add an online co-op so that players could have an online survivor challenge saving each survivor.” replied Bright about the potential future of this title.
Exodus launches 3-21-10 and is available via download at www.game-wizards.com and www.exodusthegame.com
